1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the website and the booking of spaces at Rosas Negras, Madrid.
2. Access requirements
Access to the spaces is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and over. By making a booking, the user declares they are of legal age.
3. Bookings and payments
- Bookings are made online and confirmed upon payment.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
- Prices include VAT and are shown in euros.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Rules of use
- Access by minors under 18 is strictly prohibited.
- The user is responsible for leaving the facilities in the same condition as found.
- Recording or photography is prohibited without express authorisation.
6. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
